We’re hiring an Ultimate Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support and grow VC’s presence in the ultimate community, with a primary focus on custom disc programs and community-aligned marketing.
This is a hands-on coordination and execution role suited to someone early in their career who is organized, community-connected, and ready to take ownership of a defined category while working closely with senior staff.

Merchandising Coordinator (GTA-area applicants only) - coming soon
2026 is going to be an incredible year for ultimate — and we’re gearing up for it!
We’re looking for a Merchandising Coordinator to take the lead on the in-office planning, preparation, execution, and wrap-up of our tournament merchandising operations. You’ll help bring VC’s event presence to life, ensuring that every athlete and fan gets the best possible experience with our gear.
When not supporting event activations, this role focuses on online store merchandising — promoting products, managing fulfillment, and keeping our inventory in top shape.
Contract: Full-time, April–September 2026
Location: North York, Ontario (with several exciting travel opportunities across Canada)
Schedule: Weekend work required (1–2 weekends per month)
Requirements: Valid driver’s license

Tournament Crew
We are seeking supremely personable, responsible, detail-oriented, personable and ethical individuals to join our Tournament Crew in Toronto, Ottawa, Winnipeg and Vancouver.
Tournament Crew members represent VC on the ground at events by showcasing and selling our gear, and interacting with players and community members. The days on site can be long, but the people you meet will remain part of your ultimate experience forever, and you can feel great about being part of a company that puts community over profit while offering the best quality products and designs out there.

Requirements:
- Responsible, trustworthy, reliable, energetic, personable, and fun.
- Physically able to carry a table, lift boxes of up to 40lbs and put up an "pop-up" portable tent.
- Comfortable processing cash and electronic sales through a payment portal app on a personal smart phone (with internet capability).
- 18+ years old.
- Driver's license and access to a vehicle, or ability to rent a vehicle (expenses reimbursed).
