Team Uniform Guide & Timelines
Heading to the Canadian University Ultimate Championships in Brampton, Ontario October 15-17, 2021?
Here is all the information you'll need to order uniforms for this event.
The following deadlines must be met in order to ship your order by October 8th. If you'd like to pick up your order at the fields in Brampton, we may be able to push these deadlines back by 3 days, however this must be confirmed by us prior to order submission.
Design for Success!
The best time to submit your design request or discuss options within your budget and timeline with a VC team member is today.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the design process, depending on the complexity of your request and the number of revisions you may require.
Special Offers
All teams attending CUUC are eligible for a FREE VC Card Membership. This will automatically get your team a 15% discount on any uniform order placed with VC.
The kind teammate working with us to place your uniform order will receive the FREE mask/Neckie and $20 online store credit associated with the Membership!
Rush Orders
Our team completely understands that many teams are feeling rushed to get ready for this short season. Don't worry – we can cut approximately 1 week of any order timeline by processing it as a rush order.
A 25% surcharge applies to all rush orders (or pricing as stated on the product page).

Team Stores
You can absolutely set up a team store to allow for player-direct uniform ordering and payment.
Please add at least one additional week to your timeline if you'd like to have us host a team store for you. It takes up to 3 days to set up; 3-7 days for your players to order; and 1-2 days to ensure all the information submitted is accurate and final.
This process can definitely be done more efficiently, but your team/players must be very organized.
*What does "Order Confirmation" mean?
"Order Confirmation" means all final information has been submitted, confirmed, and approved. This includes your design(s), team contact, shipping information, list of sizes/names/numbers by style, and payment confirmation.
