Screen Printing
Screen printing is a durable, high-quality way to customize apparel with your team, club, or event design. Ideal for larger orders and bold, simple graphics with 1-3 colours, it delivers vibrant, long-lasting prints on a wide range of garments.
Minimum Order: 15 units
Spot Sublimation
Spot sublimation is a method of localized customization on pre-made white polyester garments, using heat to transfer full colour, highly detailed designs directly into the fabric rather than onto its surface. This creates a smooth, lightweight finish that won't peel or crack. It's commonly used for team logos, names, numbers, and other graphics on performance apparel.
Minimum Order: 1 unit
Transfers
Direct-to-film (DTF) transfers are a fast, versatile way to customize apparel with vibrant, full-colour designs, including detailed graphics and gradients. Ideal for smaller orders, transfers work on a wide range of performance fabrics and cotton garments, with quick turnaround times and low minimum quantities.
Minimum Order: 1 unit
Player Names & Numbers
Player names and numbers are applied using direct-to-film (DTF) transfers, providing a clean, consistent finish on jerseys and other team apparel. This method accommodates a full range of fonts, sizes, and colours.
Minimum Order: 1 unit
Embroidery
Embroidery is a premium way to customize apparel with a professional, textured finish. Ideal for small logos, team branding, and personalized designs, embroidery works especially well on hats, hoodies, jackets, and other casual apparel.
Minimum Order: 1 unit
Patches
Custom woven patches use fine threads to reproduce detailed logos and designs on a fabric backing, offering a clean, textured finish. VC can apply adhesive-backed patches to a wide range of headwear and cotton apparel, including hats, hoodies, sweatshirts and t-shirts. Patches are a versatile option for adding custom branding and designs to a variety of products.
