Kindness
"Start with kindness"... what does it mean to you?
To us, it means to enter into discussions, on or off the field, with an open mind and good intentions. It means to listen to hear, not just to respond, and start conversations from a place of wanting to understand each other, not just being "right".
The Start with Kindness message is paired with a subtle You Do You, Let Me Be Me on the back, which represents our take on an "agree to disagree" mentality, or a contested foul, to put it in ultimate terms. The idea being that we don't all have to agree or share the same beliefs, but let's treat each other with kindness and respect each other.
We all have the right to be ourselves, and be safe.
