Washing & Care Guide

Caring for your sublimated gear doesn’t have to be complicated—but it does make a difference. Follow these tips to keep your kit in top shape:

Prep your gear

Before you toss your gear in the wash, take a quick look for any stains. Grass, mud, and sweat are all part of the game—but treating them early helps keep your kit looking sharp. Gently blot or hand-wash stained areas using a mild detergent or, if your jersey is white, a stain remover (do not use a stain remover on colourful sublimated jerseys).

Avoid scrubbing, especially on sublimated gear—aggressive rubbing can cause the inner white fibres to show through, permanently affecting the look of the fabric. A little care up front helps your gear go the distance.

Wash with care

Taking good care of your sublimated gear helps it last longer—and perform better. Here are the essentials:

1. Rinse After Use
   Give your gear a quick rinse in cold water after wearing to lift dirt, sweat, and stains before they set in.
2. Wash Inside Out, Cold & Gentle
   Turn garments inside out, use cold water, and choose a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softener.
3. Treat Stains Gently
   Blot stains with a mild detergent—don’t scrub. Rubbing can damage sublimated fabric and expose inner white fibers.
4. Wash Separately
   Wash on its own or with other lightweight, soft items. Avoid zippers, Velcro, or rough fabrics that can cause abrasion.
5. Hang Dry—Always
   Air dry in the shade. Heat can fade colors and break down technical fabric over time.
