When it comes to youth programs, it's never too early to start planning uniform, fundraising, and merchandising options. 

2022 YCC Offers

YCC, or the youth division of USA Ultimate's US Open tournament, is a huge opportunity for youth programs. It can also be a really expensive event to attend, which is why planning ahead for both uniforms and a fundraising offering is essential. 

Here are some ordering perks you can count on from VC when ordering for your youth program:

• Free design services
• Complimentary fit samples
• Flexible ordering via a Team Store (player-direct ordering online) or in bulk through our order form
• Per-player packaging – if you allow enough time for us to do so, we can pack and ship your order by player number/name!

In terms of pricing benefits and discounts, the following is our minimum commitment to your program:

• 20% discount on all fully sublimated gear, including jerseys, tanks, long sleeves, or our famous Revolution hoodies
• 20% discount on the base price (pre-customization) of any blank apparel for screenprinting or spot sublimation
• 25% discount on team "extras" such as screenprinted mesh reversible tanks and cotton hoodies, or customized hats 
• 15% discount on any simple sublimation jerseys, long sleeves, or shorts 

All programs will also receive 1 free coach/staff jersey per 25 player jerseys ordered. For a team of 25 players ordering lights and darks (i.e. 50 jerseys), that's 2 free coach/staff jerseys!

If your program has a budget for coach apparel, or would benefit by offering a player subsidy option instead, we will credit you the cost of these jerseys and you can apply this credit as you best see fit.

Large Program Bonus

While every program, regardless of size, matters to us equally, we do see slightly reduced costs on orders for 100+ players due to economies of scale, and we will pass the savings to you.

If you know that your program will be ordering over 200 items (combined light jerseys, dark jerseys and shorts), please get in touch and we can likely apply a further 3-5% discount. 

Fundraising for the Win

Generally speaking, parents are fans of their kids. Therefore, if you have a multitude of kids competing at a national championship, there will be many players whose families want to support them on the sideline, or from the comfort of their own home, by wearing team apparel. 

If your team has alumni, it's a pretty safe bet that some of them will want to represent and support, too.

We're here to help. VC offers risk-free fundraising opportunities that are guaranteed to earn your program cash (as long as at least one person buys something!).

The VC team will design an apparel line to be offered to your players and supporters, and the team will share a minimum of 15% of the revenue. We can also work with you to enable add-on donations, or change the pricing of the goods offered to include a higher revenue share.
