Team Uniform Guide & Timelines
The VC team is standing by to help you look your best as you compete for a prized spot at Worlds in 2022. Here is all the information you'll need to order uniforms in time for the series, starting with design and order deadlines.
Note: we only stock blank apparel in white and black, and occasionally other colours like navy and charcoal. If you require FlexLight jerseys/tanks/shorts to be made and printed in other colours, the order deadline is August 12th.
Design for Success!
The best time to submit your design request or discuss options within your budget and timeline with a VC team member is today.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the design process, depending on the complexity of your request and the number of revisions you may require.
Special Offers
All teams participating in the USAU series are eligible for a FREE VC Card Membership. This will automatically get your team a 15% discount on any uniform order placed with VC.
The kind teammate working with us to place your uniform order will receive the FREE mask/Neckie and $20 online store credit associated with the Membership!
Rush Orders
Our team completely understands that many teams are feeling rushed to get ready for this short season. Don't worry – we can cut approximately 1 week of any order timeline by processing it as a rush order.
A 25% surcharge applies to all rush orders (or pricing as stated on the product page).

Team Stores
You can absolutely set-up a team store to allow for player-direct uniform ordering and payment.
Please add at least one additional week to your timeline if you'd like to have us host a team store for you, as it takes us 2-3 days to set up and another 3-7 days for your players to order, plus a couple of days to make sure all the information submitted is accurate and final.
This process can definitely be done more efficiently, but it will take the team being very organized.
*What does "Order Confirmation" mean?
"Order Confirmation" means all final information has been submitted, confirmed, and approved. This includes your design(s), team contact, shipping information, list of sizes/names/numbers by style, and payment confirmation.
