Embroidery

Embroidery is the process of using colored threads stitched through a garment and offers a very high-quality look to your apparel. 

Custom Patches

Custom woven patches use thinner threads that are stitched on to a fabric backing, which is then applied to garments with a heat press and/or additional securing stitches.

How it Works

First your design needs to be digitized, which means rendering it to a digital format - .dst - that the embroidery machine can read. This is a one-time setup charge. The garments are then clamped into the embroidery machine, the correct thread spools are inserted, and the computer in the machine reads your .dst file and uses it to determine where the stitches should go on your garment.

Pricing

Embroidery cost is based on the number of stitches required to render the design. This pricing below is based on a logo that would fit on a hat or on the left chest of a garment.

A $10 colour change fee also applies (per colour used).

Pricing below reflects up to 8,000 Stitches. Extra stitches at $0.70/1000 stitches.

Extra Charges

There is a one time set up charge of $40 for digitizing a standard logo (sized for hats or left chest). This digitized file may be used in the same size again at no additional charge. If any changes in size need to be made to the logo, it requires a new set up.
