A lucky group of teams will be invited to compete in the 2021 version of the Canadian Ultimate Championships: the Ultimate Canada Invitational.
Have you received an invitation? The VC team is standing by to help you look your best as you compete for a prized spot at Worlds in 2022. Here is all the information you'll need to order uniforms for this event.
UCI 2021 | Masters Divisions | Sept 25-26
The following deadlines must be met in order to ship your order by September 20th. If you'd like to pick up your order at the fields in Ottawa, we may be able to push these deadlines back by 3 days, however this must be confirmed by us prior to order submission.
Full Sub deadlines:
- Design approval: August 16th
- Order confirmation: August 18th
- RUSH order confirmation*: August 25th
Simple Sub deadlines:
- Design approval: August 23rd
- Order confirmation: August 25th
- RUSH order confirmation*: August 31st
Screenprinted deadlines:
- Design approval: August 30th
- Order confirmation: August 31st
- RUSH order confirmation*: September 7th
Note: we only stock blank apparel in white and black, and occasionally other colours like navy and charcoal. If you require FlexLight jerseys/tanks/shorts to be made and printed in other colours, the order deadline is August 6th.
Spot Sublimated (white apparel only) deadlines:
- Design approval: August 31st
- Order confirmation: September 2nd
- RUSH order confirmation*: September 9th
UCI 2021 | Senior Divisions | Oct 2-3
The following deadlines must be met in order to ship your order by September 20th. If you'd like to pick up your order at the fields in Ottawa, we may be able to push these deadlines back by 3 days, however this must be confirmed by us prior to order submission.

The best time to submit your design request or discuss options within your budget and timeline with a VC team member is today.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the design process, depending on the complexity of your request and the number of revisions you may require.

Rush Orders
Our team completely understands that many teams are feeling rushed to get ready for this short season. Don't worry – we can cut approximately 1 week of any order timeline by processing it as a rush order.
A 25% surcharge applies to all rush orders (or pricing as stated on the product page).

Team Stores
You can absolutely set up a team store to allow for player-direct uniform ordering and payment.
Please add at least one additional week to your timeline if you'd like to have us host a team store for you. It takes up to 3 days to set up; 3-7 days for your players to order; and 1-2 days to ensure all the information submitted is accurate and final.
This process can definitely be done more efficiently, but your team/players must be very organized.
*What does "Order Confirmation" mean?
"Order Confirmation" means all final information has been submitted, confirmed, and approved. This includes your design(s), team contact, shipping information, list of sizes/names/numbers by style, and payment confirmation.
