Hello VC World!

Kyra and Michelle from Without Limits here again. It's been some time since we last wrote a blog post! Right now we are deep into Heavyweights planning.

Heavyweights is currently the only club tournament we host. This year, the event is on Aug 4-5 in Aurora, IL. The tournament is almost full, but we'd love to have you join us if you have room in your schedule! See details at the end of this post.

Our goal is to provide a fun, competitive, well-run tournament that will be a memorable experience for our players. Hosting Heavyweights allows us to continue organizing our tournaments during the college season as well as support two great organizations: Washington University Women's Ultimate and Oshadega. While Heavyweights is a huge undertaking, it allows us to meet some of the club teams and players in the Midwest and beyond. They are a respite from all those pesky college kids (just kidding, we love our college teams)! We've been involved in the Midwest Ultimate community since 2008 when Michelle founded Midwest Throwdown. We love being a part of this community! Support from the community means the world to us, and without it, we couldn't do this.

That's why we're so psyched about VC's Discs for Development. Just by filling out a simple survey, you help out VC and Without Limits. VC will donate 100 discs to us! What do we use them for?
