FAQ
My team would like to receive our order before we head to the beach; can we still get the deal?
Yes! Standard shipping rates will apply to the deal prices, and we suggest you add a week to our suggested order timeline to make sure you have buffer with delivery.
If my team is not from Europe, do we have to pay the VAT?
If we are shipping your order to anywhere within Europe or the UK, we have to charge you VAT (based on the specific VAT rate of the delivery country).
If you would like to receive your order in North America, we will offer your team a straight-forward 20% discount on your order of VC gear. Offers are not valid on Lookfly orders shipped to North America.
We want jerseys, but we're late/slow! Can we do a rush order?
Yes! We can accept orders to up 1 week later than the listed order deadlines. A 25% surcharge will apply.
