FlexLight

Soft | Lightweight (110-125gsm) | Anti-microbial | Moisture-wicking | UPF 50

VC's signature FlexLight material is soft, smooth and lightweight, and has been engineered to be the highest quality on the market. All sublimated FlexLight apparel is made from recycled fabric.

Please note that FlexLight is custom-engineered and knit specially for us in small-to-medium sized batches. Fabric weight may vary slightly from time to time, as might the shade.

Quality notes:

• Small imperfections or colour "bits" might be noticeable in white fabric due to the manufacturing process/tiny recycled plastic bits in the fabric; these are not considered defects.
• To be a high-performing, breathable and comfortable fabric, FlexLight is very lightweight and therefore susceptible to occasional pulling or snagging. While FlexLight is relatively one of the most durable fabrics in the market, this type of wear and tear may occur during rough contact with the ground (laying out!) or contact with velcro.

Pro Tip: Do not wear a backpack over any sublimated performance jersey; the pressure and rubbing of the straps is likely to damage the fabric.

Due to increasing costs for domestic production and decreasing demand for screenprinted jerseys, we carry very limited stock in FlexLight colours (white, black and 1-2 others).

Heather FlexLight

FlexSoft

Soft | Midweight (180gsm) | Stretchy | Cotton Blend

Our newest fabric FlexSoft combines the performance of polyester and the softness of cotton, with a heather-style texture. Available for sublimation only.

Composition is 79% polyester, 15% cotton, 6% elastane.

Microfibre

Smooth | Lightweight (120gsm) | Stretchy | Water-repellant

VC's Microfibre is by far the highest quality, non-staticky smooth material of its kind. Microfibre is used only for shorts, including Shorty Shorts, and windbreakers.
