The Sales & Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in enhancing VC Ultimate’s customer experience, effectively utilizing and optimizing sales systems, and strengthening our brand identity.
Content & Brand Engagement Coordinator (Ultimate)
The Content & Brand Engagement Coordinator at VC Ultimate will create compelling digital content, manage social media interactions, and enhance brand storytelling to strengthen connections with the Ultimate community. This role involves designing graphics, producing video content, and engaging with audiences both online and at events. Ideal candidates are creative, organized, and passionate about marketing, digital media, and the sport of Ultimate.

Technical Artist and Printer Operator (GTA-area applicants only)
Join our design and printing team to help make jersey designs a reality, while learning about the technical aspects of each of our print processes.
Heat Press Operator (GTA-area applicants only)
Our seasonal Heat Press Operator role assists in all production tasks in office, from receiving and sorting goods to decorating jerseys and packing them for delivery to our customers.
Tournament Crew
We are seeking supremely personable, responsible, detail-oriented, personable and ethical individuals to join our Tournament Crew in Toronto, Ottawa, Winnipeg and Vancouver.
Tournament Crew members represent VC on the ground at events by showcasing and selling our gear, and interacting with players and community members. The days on site can be long, but the people you meet will remain part of your ultimate experience forever, and you can feel great about being part of a company that puts community over profit while offering the best quality products and designs out there.

Requirements:
- Responsible, trustworthy, reliable, energetic, personable, and fun.
- Physically able to carry a table, lift boxes of up to 40lbs and put up an "pop-up" portable tent.
- Comfortable processing cash and electronic sales through a payment portal app on a personal smart phone (with internet capability).
- 18+ years old.
- Driver's license and access to a vehicle, or ability to rent a vehicle (expenses reimbursed).
